Lawn Tip!

The spring and summer weather has caused problems across our area. As the lack of rain has put  large areas of grass under stress and now it has rained the humidity in the soil and grass has increased the incidence of red thread and fusarium.

The Fusarium and red thread fungus can cause mass destruction if left untreated. The problem has again come to the fore due to the warm summer temperatures and associated higher humidity.  Does your lawn have pink/brown patches with cotton wool type fungus. This needs to be treated as soon as possible before you lose your complete lawn.
