Since commencing the TruGreen lawncare treatment in April of this year, our lawn is now weed and clover free. It has been scarified, aerated and fertilised and as a result is now thick, green and very healthy. The Autumn treatment will guarantee we start again from a good position for 2014. I love my garden and love gardening, but sometimes you have tried every technique and potion and nothing seems to work! This is the time you need a helping hand. For me it was in the form of Karen from Trugreen. My “grass” was saturated with weeds. I am on my second treatment now and my lawn looks like a green, lush, deep pile carpet!!!

Karen first came to look at our lawn in the Spring of 2014.  I say lawn, it was more of a mud bath, with the wet winter and a large German Shepherd dog running around on it, it wasn’t fairing too well.  The ground was water logged, the soil was black, smelly and mossy and it was looking very sorry for its self.  We were getting to the point where we were considering replacing it with gravel or artificial turf.

Karen started with improving the drainage and feeding the existing lawn, she then followed up with seeding and more feeding.  Further drainage and feeding through the spring and summer of 2014 has transformed our garden into a lush green lawn we are very proud of.  The grass looks thick and healthy and despite the dog running around it has remained a great looking lawn.
